The lighting in the room was very poor - too dark over the dining table so made it very hard to work there.

This leads me to customer service - when we requested to be removed from the '1-bedroom elevator apartment' we were given the run around, told that there was only one spare room on a low floor (see previous unfavourable reviews about low floor rooms), and treated with disdain by Cathel - one of the receptionists.

the staff were rude they take money off your credit card and dont refund for four days get rid of all the staff and start again disgusting service i will never go to any oaks property again management need to send mystery soppers in to see how their staff talk to clients

Room was a bit dusty and carpet needed vaccuming, but was still quite comfortable.
