Can not fault this experience even though it is a little pricey, you do get what you pay for here.

The service was impersonal and so so- all a bit amateurish really apart from the South American doorman/concierge.

The hotel bar is a little cold, almost looks as if they aren't finished decorating, candles stategically placed might help, but the service was good.

I can understand why people think the reception and service is a bit chilly but once the staff get to know you it's warm and welcoming every time.
