    The prices of the mini bar and room service food was very expensive (like all hotels) - I don't see much point to this because I never buy anything.

    This facility has the look of somewhere that had a lot of money spent on it in the last ten years or so and was probably quite expensive at that time.

    We were slightly disappointed with the view - we were only on the 7th floor and the room service was average and pricey (even for a hotel) so I wouldn't recommend that but the stay was good overall and I can see why it is highly rated.

    As a business traveler, my wife and I were disappointed with this hotel, the price for the suite we had was questionable to say the least.
