We ate at all three of the hotel outlets - The Fireplace food is fantastic, pool bar was fine - the Cove Cafe food was fine but the service was rather lacking (lunch).

Surfers Paradise is quite a long way from resort, and hotel shuttle at $35 per person very expensive.
