We stayed at this hotel in October and had a rather horrible stay but we stayed again in January mainly becuase of the Great location right next to the Southbank Parklands, City and Convention Centre.

We drove up to the hotel and there was someone there to take away our car and park it, although parking is expensive at about $20 AUD per day.

valet parking is a bit expensive, otherwise it's a good choice, located in a quiet south bank and walking access to all culture stuffs.

We took that as it was a special occasion, the room was average, bathroom awful and two little chairs on the balcony, I would have thought for the price they could have provided a table as well.

To top it all off staff were unfriendly, bar closed early ( it was a saturday night ) and my husbands sunglasses dissapeared from the car but they did leave us a small bottle of water instead, great.

We moved here after a bad experience at another hotel, the only room available was a junior suite, the staff on reception very good and efficient, and we got our room early as we moved from another hotel.
