They did have a laundry room which was nice and a good dining area which we usually ordered and picked up since we had been sightseeing all day.

The hotel is very good in term of privacy and services, its short distance to cbd, I really enjoy staying in Ibis BNE, and will stay in Ibis when traveling back to Australia

The location is good, within 10-15 minutes walking distance of both the Queen Street shopping and restaurant area and the RiverWalk area across the Victoria bridge.
