    PROS: The hotel was in a very good location - it was handy to the mall for shopping / the casino / and only a short walking distance to southbank.

    Check out went smoothly - however again there was a longish ( 10 mins ) wait - this time due to being busy - one girl on reception was simply not enough Finally the location was fantastic , 5 minutes walk to Queen St mall puts you smack bang in the middle of the city .
