Habitaciones confortables pero con falta de mantenimiento, muy buen ubicado en la Recoleta Poco personal de servicio Sabanas y cama muy confortables

Destaque para a equipe que atende (recepcionistas) que é muito atenciosa, e simpática, além de falarem bem o português ;) Só duas coisas ruins: café da manhã fraco e com poucos lugares e preço das ligações é muito caro!

Great hotel, nice big rooms, huge bathroom, very clean, there's a gym and 2 new computers (sometimes you have to wait a little while to use one, but usually one's open), the staff is very nice, and the location is great (in Recoleta, right off a darling park, just one block from a major thoroughfare, Santa Fe, where you can take the 152 bus pretty much anywhere in the city).
