Terms and Conditions
1)
Contest is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and non-residents living and/or working in Singapore. Proof of residence shall be in form of valid Identification Cards (IC) as issued by the Immigration & Customs Authority of Singapore. Said IC must be valid for the duration of the contest period.
2)
The contest period shall be from 14 Feb 2011 to 14 July 2011. All entries must be received by Wego Pte Ltd within this contest period. (With deep concern of the destruction caused by the earthquake in Christchurch, we had paused the contest in March 2011 and resume in April 2011. We apologize for any inconvenience caused).
3)
Contest participants must be 18 years old and above.
4)
The contest is limited to one (1) entry per person only.
5)
There will be four (4) winners who will receive one (1) iPad each.
6)
A total of four(4) iPads shall be given away: 16 GB iPad with WiFi to each winner (Good news that we have upgraded the prize to 16GB iPad2 with WiFi)
7)
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
8)
There will only be one (1) draw. The draw will be conducted on 15 July 2011 at 2:00 p.m. (Singapore time) in the presence of an official representative from Tan,Chan & Partners Certified Public Accountants to be held at Wego Pte Ltd office premises at 230 Victoria Street #04-01 Bugis Junction Towers Singapore 188024.

Judge's decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained after the winners are declared on 15 July 2011.
10)
Wego Pte Ltd will have the right to change the venue and draw dates at its sole discretion.
11)
Winners will be notified by email and by phone between 15 and 24 July 2011.
12)
To claim their prize, declared winners must attend the prize-handing ceremony on 29 July 2011 (Friday) at the Wego Pte Ltd’s office. Prize-handing ceremony will be held in the presence of Tourism New Zealand representative/s.
13)
Winners must be physically present and must present their original NRIC when they claim their prize.
14)
Prize/s unclaimed by 27 August 2011 shall be forfeited. If this happens, Wego Pte Ltd shall be drawing a replacement winner/s and they will be notified accordingly.
15)
Wego Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, amend, add or alter the Terms and Conditions herein and without prior notification; and all contestants shall be bound by such changes, amendments, additions and / or alterations.
16)
Wego Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any qualifier(s) and/or winner(s) if subsequently found to be disqualified.
17)
Upon participant’s entry to the contest, it shall be deemed that all information may be used in our business associates and/or partners future marketing/promotional activities; or to compile statistics; or may be disclosed to the authorities, to the courts or the sponsor(s) of the contest you have participated in at our discretion.
18)
Employees of the organizers and sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this contest.
19)
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash whether in whole or in part.
20)
The prize is subject to the validity periods and any other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the prize sponsors.
21)
The winners agree Wego Pte Ltd may disclose and publish his/her name and any other of his/her particulars in any manner fit for publicity purposes.
22)
Wego Pte Ltd’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest, including but not limited to the eligibility of any participant or entry, conduct of the Contest, the selection, replacement or substitution of any winner and/or the prizes, forfeiture or disposal of any prize, are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
23)
This contest and these terms and conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws.
